Welcome to InkLink’s Wholesale Program. By placing a wholesale order, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms are designed to ensure a fair and transparent relationship between InkLink and our wholesale partners.

### 2. Eligibility
- Wholesale accounts are available to licensed businesses, tattoo studios, and retailers. Proof of business registration or licensing may be required.
- Minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply to all wholesale purchases.

### 3. Ordering Process
- All orders must be placed through our wholesale platform or directly via our sales team.
- Orders are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you promptly and provide an estimated restock date.
- MOQs for wholesale purchases:
  - **Standard MOQ**: 50 units per product.
  - Discounts available for bulk purchases exceeding 500 units.

### 4. Pricing
- Wholesale pricing is provided exclusively to approved accounts.
- All prices are listed in EUR and exclude VAT, shipping, and other applicable fees unless otherwise stated.
- InkLink reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. Changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

### 5. Payment Terms
- Payment is required upfront unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, credit card, or other methods as specified on our platform.
- Late payments may incur a fee of 4 % per month on the outstanding balance.

### 6. Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping costs will be calculated and added to your invoice based on the size, weight, and destination of the order.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and courier service.
- InkLink is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processes.

### 7. Returns and Refunds
- **Damaged or Defective Goods**: Notify us within 7 days of receiving the shipment. We will offer a replacement or refund upon verification.
- **Order Cancellations**: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement without penalty. Cancellations after 24 hours may incur a fee.
- **Non-Returnable Items**: Customized or private-label products are not eligible for returns.

- All trademarks, logos, product designs, and packaging remain the property of InkLink.
- Wholesale partners may not modify or reproduce InkLink’s branding without written consent.

### 9. Resale Terms
- InkLink products must be sold in their original packaging and may not be altered in any way.
- Recommended retail prices (RRP) are provided, and while adherence is encouraged, pricing adjustments are at the retailer’s discretion.
- Wholesale partners may not sell InkLink products on third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay) without prior approval.

### 10. Termination
- InkLink reserves the right to terminate any wholesale account for breach of these terms or inappropriate conduct.
- Upon termination, any outstanding payments must be settled immediately.

- InkLink’s liability is limited to the value of the products purchased.
- We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

- These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark . Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Aarhus, Denmark.
